Richard is a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist in Chatswood with over 12 years experience and a lifetime of gym and sport experience. Richard has competed at an international level and received many awards and accolades for his personal and professional achievements. Richard believes that exercise should be enjoyed and social, which is the approach he takes with his clients. “Sweat every day, doing something that you love” is the most important lesson for he teaches his clients.
