We’re all guilty of being hard on ourselves. Constant images of flawless celebrities are everywhere – online, on TV and all over the internet. Well, it’s time to stop the body hate and learn to LOVE your body again. Here’s how:

  1. Work out Training not only helps you look and feel good, but it also releases endorphins – the hormone which lets you get that post-workout high – so that you can learn to love exercise and all that it can do for you.

  2. Cook for yourself Your body is your temple, and there’s nothing better than taking control of what enters that sacred space. Cook wholesome, clean, additive-free foods and you’ll be able to feel the difference.

  3. Keep a food diary Write down everything – the good and the bad. This is a chance to be honest with yourself and see which habits you might need to change.

  4. Set positive exercise goals Instead of hopping on the treadmill with the mindset “I want to lose weight”, set more positive targets. If you’ve never run for 5 minutes without stopping before, start with that and once you’ve reached that target, keep pushing. Onward and upward!
